Sunny Hours is a digital product: downloadable PDF files with printable activity cards. No physical item is shipped. You receive a download link after your payment is confirmed.
You may print the files as many times as you need for your own family or for the people in your care. Staff at a care home, senior center or community group may print them for sessions run by that organization. You may not resell, share publicly, or redistribute the files.
The activities are for enjoyment and gentle stimulation. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and do not replace professional care. Check with a doctor or physical therapist before starting any movement activity, and stop if there is pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Follow your own safety, allergy and food-handling rules.
